Meet Dana.

Motivated by the love of God and a desire to be a beneficial resource to those in need, Dana has been empowering and educating individuals with tools to improve their emotional and physical wellbeing for the past fifteen years. She has worked with adolescents and adults in our local school systems to our criminal justice systems and quite a few unique places in between. Dana is dedicated to helping her clients rebuild from the inside out for sustainable change. Her A3 approach to change enables her clients to Analyze their thoughts, Act on a plan, and Adapt to a new way of life.

Dana has a BA in Communications from Howard University, a MSW in Community Practice & Social Action from Wayne State University, and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral programming.
